Tulsi Desai.
I am a principal UX researcher with an engineering background and 12+ years driving product decisions across 0-to-1 startups and established organizations.
I started my career on the shop floor. As a manufacturing engineer in the energy sector, I spent five years observing how expert assemblers worked, diagnosing where processes broke down, and designing tools to fix them. I went back to school to learn how to apply those same instincts to product design, earning an MS in Design Impact from Stanford.
I now apply the same systems thinking, bias towards experimentation, and change management expertise to my research craft. As a Principal UX Researcher at Blink UX, I help some of the world's most influential companies deepen their understanding of the people they serve, and build product strategies grounded in human needs.
